Nutrition Tips in Ramadan – delivered by Clinical Dietician Alaa Mustafa Haykal
Students enjoyed the lectures and had a fruitful Q&A session about the Nutrition Tips in Ramadan. Ramadan is a holy month for Muslims, requiring them to abstain from eating and drinking from dawn to dusk. Abstaining from food and drink is no easy feat – even for adults. By educating the students, we are encouraging them to take full part in fasting. It helps to create an awareness in the school about Ramadan to help fasting students feel more included.
