Doha Academy provides a wide range of examinations to match the IGCSE and International A Level curriculum programme offered at the school and two examination windows forĀ allĀ candidates in January and May-June.Ā For more information about our examinations center please contactĀ exams.officer@dohaacademy.netĀ 

To complete the registration process please take your completed application form and make payment for all entries to the School Cashiers.

Please apply using the application form above. The following deadlines apply for the submission of all applications and deadlines;

Submission of application form Sunday 11th October
Payment must be made by Sunday 11th October, 3pm
Late entry Monday 12th October ā€“ Friday 20th November
Exam series Cambridge International and Pearson Edexcel ā€“ June 2021

Payment must be made by Tuesday 16th February, 3pm
Late entry Wednesday 17th February ā€“ Sunday 11th April

Exams cannot finish earlier or later than that timetabled unless you have exams scheduled for the same time and date; all clashes can be accommodated.Ā If you have a clash, please contact us so that we can organise this with allowable changes in timings.. You cannot sit your exam on a different day to the one on the timetable. Amendments to the timetable are sometimes necessary soĀ always refer to the website for the latest version.

  • You must bring an ID card or passport as proof of identity to all exams.
  • You must bring your own stationery for the exam.
  • You must wear a school uniform or formal attire for all exams. Shorts and flip flops are not permitted.
  • You must be familiar to the Instructions for External and Internal Candidates ā€“ see the document under the Rules and Regulations section on this website.
  • You must read and comply with rules and regulations from the Examining Boards ā€“ see Rules and Regulations section on this website.

Results are made available directly with the online services of each exam board, wherever possible. For external candidates, we will contact you directly if online services are not available.

Doha Academy takes all reasonable steps to provide continuity of service. However, we are not responsible for any interruptions to this service caused by events beyond our control such as an outbreak of epidemic or pandemic of disease, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction (including that of a local authority or from an examination board), failure of utility service or transportation. If the examination cannot be held due to events beyond our control then Doha Academy reserves the right to cancel the exam and refund the fee, less any costs already incurred, to candidates.
